Bizmarketer was established in 2010 when owner Kristen Melville saw a need for small businesses to access strategic marketing expertise without hiring a full time in-house Head of Marketing or working with expensive agencies.

Kristen has extensive experience working with small business owners and managers to assess their markets to design effective marketing programs that bring in new business, nurture existing customer relationships and boost revenue.

With more than two decades experience in marketing and a Masters degree in Marketing from one of Australia's leading business schools, Kristen is also certified in the 8 core disciplines of digital marketing.
