1. Introduction

• These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Simple Funnel Design Mini-Course ("the Course"), provided by Bizmarketer "the Provider".

• By purchasing the Course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Enrollment and Access

• Access to the Course is granted only to the enrolled individual and is non-transferable.

• The Provider reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its discretion.

3. Payment and Refunds

• The course fee is AUD$370, payable at the time of purchase (less any discount offered at the time of purchase).

• A refund of the full amount you paid for the mini-course may be requested after completion of the course by sending an email to kristenm@bizmarketer.com.au.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Provider.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without the Provider's express written permission.

5. User Conduct

• You agree to use the Course for lawful purposes only.

• Harassment, abuse, or any other inappropriate behavior towards instructors or other students will not be tolerated.

• Violations of user conduct may result in immediate termination of access to the Course without a refund.

6. Course Content and Availability

• "Lifetime access" to the course refers to the lifetime of the course, not that of the student.

• Lifetime access can be revoked at the Provider's discretion if the student violates the User Conduct provisions outlined in clause 5 of this contract.

• The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or remove Course content at any time.

• While the Provider strives to ensure that the Course is available at all times, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course.

• The Course is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Privacy Policy

• The Provider will collect and use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the Provider's website.

• By enrolling in the Course, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Amendments

• The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
